"Coliseum Classics Inc." serves the right, at its sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes and/or modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. Please review the terms and conditions periodically. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes and/or modifications will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.

ACCEPTABLE USES

Please note that the exclusive (for any matter) media of communication used by "Coliseum Suits" is the e-mail. All orders, cancellation, and others special requests shall be made via email. E-mail historic is available for your perusal after login on your account.
You may use this site for legitimate shopping purposes only. You may not harm the site in any way or otherwise use the site in any improper manner, including, but not limited to hacking into the site\'s systems, spoofing or faking e-mail headers or slowing or stopping the functionality of the site.
In the event you register and/or purchase product, you agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or "Coliseum Classics Inc." suspects, for any reason, that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, "Coliseum Classics Inc.", in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the site.
You will create a password and account designation upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. "Coliseum Classics Inc." is an American Company with infrastructures in Asia Pacific. Although this site can be accessed from other locations, by accessing this site you agree that these terms of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States of America, without giving effect to its conflicts of law principles.

Pictures and other representations used on the website are not contractual since each item is tailor-made, hence unique.

LEGAL RESPONSABILITY

All users of this website shall clarify all legal issues towards legal practices of their country of residence before purchasing any item.


PAYMENTS

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal and Money Order/Cashiers Check and wire transfer. Tailoring & preparation of the order will start after reception of the full payment. "Coliseum Suits" reserves the right to deny any sale for reasons of fraud or misappropriation of funds. "Coliseum Suits" also uses AVS (address verification system) to prevent credit card fraud. Please make sure the shipping address matches up with the issuance name on the credit card. The "Ship to" address must match billing address unless you have the other address on file with your credit card issuing company. Our methods of payment are easy and safe to use so feel totally comfortable paying online with us. You may send us a Money Order or Certified Bank Check for immediate order processing. We only do direct bank account transfers for large orders. Email us for details. If you send us a personal check, it will take 10 to 15 business days for the check to clear before we will start manufacturing any order.

SHIPPING

Our product description pages show the weight of each product. This is NOT the actual shipping weight. This "weight" is used by us to calculate the shipping charge. It is not the weight of the item. Many times we set weight so that we have a fair shipping charge which includes packing materials, boxes, etc. We will make every attempt to NOT overcharge on shipping. Shipping cost is supported by both the customer & "Coliseum Suits". Our standard shipping is via Fed Ex, UPS, or TNT (delivery 2 or 3 days after expedition) and the price can be reduced if you request that the shipping is to be made via regular registered mail with delivery confirmation - POS Malaysia (which might take 2 to 3 more weeks to deliver). There will be times when we will have to reserve the right to choose an alternative method of shipping, and we will notify you of any changes. We can not be responsible for any packages that are lost after delivery. All Fed Ex, UPS & TNT shipments are insured so, if there is any damage during shipping, email or call us immediately so we can process the insurance claim. If you accept and sign for a damaged box, it is your liability. If the box does not look good, then do not sign for it until you have inspected the contents. Fed Ex, UPS & TNT do not ship to PO Box addresses. Fed Ex, UPS & TNT do not ship on Saturday or Sunday (no delivery, no pickup) If there are any problems processing your order (e.g., payment, processing) we will send an email notification and the order may be held until a response is received. We will make every effort to ship your order out as quickly as possible as soon as the confection of the items ordered. The average duration to complete the confection process of your suit (after reception of payment & verification of your purchase order to its final delivery) is 10 working days. We will generally only ship complete orders. We will notify you within 48 hours after your order in case of any shortage of fabrics or accessories. If your order includes an item on shortage or backorder, you will have the choice of holding the order until the backordered items are in or removing / replacing the backordered item from the order. "Coliseum Suits" shall not be kept liable for any error in the delivery address (when filling your shipping details).

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We understand that sometimes after you place an order you may have second thoughts and wish to cancel. After validation of your order, you have 3 hours to cancel your order by sending us an email (15% of the total amount shall not be refunded to cover the expenses due to payment institutes fees). We at "Coliseum Suits" fully respects our customers decisions however after commencement of the tailor artwork, in case of cancellation (if the 3 hours delay is exceeded), 40% of the total amount of the order shall not be refunded. The reason for this is that we, "Coliseum Suits", start tailoring your order, irreversible loss of materials will be generated. Kindly make sure all the measurement are accurate before confirming your order. So, while we like to accommodate our customers in every regard, we cannot lose money on doing refunds or wasting materials. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE AND COLISEUM SHALL NOT ENDORS ANY LIABILITY IN CASE OF INACURACIES IN TAKING MEASUREMENTS OR IN FILLING THE MEASUREMENT FORM. All returned items must be shipped prepaid in their original packages. All shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is solely responsible for shipping any returned product to "Coliseum Suits", including any shipping charges. Customer agrees to use only reputable carries capable of providing proof of delivery and insurance for the entire value of the shipment. Customer agrees to bear all shipping charges and all risk of loss for the return product during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition (for non-tailored items), and will include the original packaging material, labels, and other accessories provided by "Coliseum Suits". If any component of the returned product is missing, "Coliseum Suits" Return Procedure will be breached and "Coliseum Suits" will reject the entire return. "Coliseum Suits" will not refund to the customer the original shipping charges.

OTHER

If any of these terms of use is unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that term shall be deemed severable from the other terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms. These terms of use constitute the entire agreement between "Coliseum Classics Inc" and you relating to the subject matter herein.
